Welcome to Shy Guys Studios
We’re a small (but mighty) creative studio based in Devon, in the UK.
We specialise in animation, motion graphics, interactive video, illustration, creative direction and project management.
We work with socially conscious brands, non-profits and public sector organisations, and our ‘animation for good’ ethos means using our creative powers to help spread messages that improve people’s lives.

Positive Purpose
We’re not here for the fat cats, the superbrands, or the greed-machines. We’re all about using our creative powers for GOOD. Whether that’s helping to inspire others, improve outcomes through education, or make this f’d-up world a tiny bit better than it was yesterday, we always seek out those who share our passion for positive change.

Crafting great content is only ever half of the story. There’s little point spending time and effort (not to mention budget) on something that fails to reach and connect with the right people. That’s why we always ensure that we’re on the same page when it comes to your goals and your audience, and offer strategic advice on how to successfully plan, deliver and distribute your project.

Creativity
These days, making people sit up and take notice often requires a bit of creativity. And contrary to what you might read online, creativity isn’t a commodity. It hates being rushed, forced, or packaged up into a neat little box. True creativity takes experience, time, hard work, innovation, kindness, care, understanding, and a special gene that’s only found in 5.6% of the population (OK, we made that last one up).
