Solution | Character Animations
This charming series of bitesize character animations was designed to make managers chuckle whilst engaging with management fundamentals, which are often seen as quite a dry subject. The videos covered a wide range of topics, from coaching colleagues to giving feedback – all within the context of agile working.
Result | Engagement
Managers across the council loved the videos, so much so that we were commissioned to create several follow-ups, including an interactive video! The characters have been lovingly dubbed ‘the Minions’ within Surrey County Council, and we think that’s the best compliment ever.
